CANCELLING ORDERS

• Orders may be cancelled if the item has not yet been shipped.
• Cancellations Within 24 Hours: No additional fees will be charged if an order is cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
• Cancellations After 24 Hours: A 3.5% cancellation fee will apply to cover the payment processing fees incurred on the original transaction.
• CAtuned Off-Road does not initiate claims with carriers.

RETURNS

• Products must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
• The original sales invoice must accompany the return.
• No refunds or exchanges will be offered for items over 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• For CAtuned Off-Road bumpers, please contact us with any issues.
• All shipping and related fees associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer.
• A restocking fee may apply.
• CAtuned Off-Road does not initiate claims with carriers.
• We do not guarantee receipt of returned items—shipping insurance and tracking are strongly recommended.
