Every steel CAtuned Off-Road component is finished with a zinc-rich epoxy primer beneath a textured black powder coat. The zinc primer provides sacrificial protection—the zinc corrodes before the steel—to help resist rust and extend service life, especially in coastal climates or salted winter environments. The top coat delivers a tough, clean, easy-to-maintain finish.
